Provides emergency food, medical assistance and transportation to needy residents.  CHAP serves needy residents in Hocking County, and also delivers emergency food boxes to Murray City and Carbon Hill residents on the third Monday of each month.

Designed to provide nutritious foods for students enrolled at Green Elementary School.  Each Friday the students' back packs are filled with non-perishable foods to sustain the youngsters through the weekend during the school year.
